
If you travel extensively and don’t always have a CV to hand, you can save one on our website, securely. Once saved, every time you log in, your CV will be automatically ready to send to the jobs that interest you.

Click on 'Log On / Join' under the 'Candidate Zone' menu on the Superyacht jobs.com template. Looks like this:

Once you have filled in all your details you can post up to five CVs (depending on which roles you are applying for) on our website as well as your photo.
We have even included a step-by-step guide to writing CVs.

Now that you are logged in and have submitted a CV, you can search for your next job.
Simply click on “Job Search” on the 'My Profile' menu:

Choose to either view all jobs by pressing the “View All Jobs” button.
Or to search for jobs based on specific criteria choose the “Advanced Search” button:

Choose your criteria and press the “search” button:

The search will return results showing all matching jobs:

When you see a job that interests you, click on the title:

and if you want to apply for it, click on “Click here to apply for this job”:

This will automatically generate text boxes from your account including your CV. If you have saved multiple CVs, simply choose the one you want to use and press send.
If your CV is not on on SuperyachtJobs.com, there is also an option to “Browse” the documents on the machine you are working from:

Once sent, simply search for the next job!

if you want to apply to multiple jobs on the site, you can search through all the jobs and save specific roles you want to apply for. Once saved, simply return to your profile page where you can methodically apply for each job in turn.
click the “Save Job” button in the search results or job description:


Simply click on “Saved Jobs” on the 'My Profile' menu:

The list of save jobs is displayed, from here you can click “Remove” to remove unwanted jobs or click the job title to view the job:


If, like most users, you use the site a lot, you can use this section to see all the jobs you have applied for and even choose to “follow up” on specific jobs. By sending the employer a follow up email, you are telling them that you are keen to be considered for the role without sending multiple emails that could work against you.
To access you application history simply click on “Saved Jobs” on the 'My Profile' menu:

You application history will be displayed:

Click the application title to view the application:

Or select application(s) using the checkbox and click 'Follow Up' to follow up the application with the employer, or 'Remove' to remove them from the history.

Fill in the details of the job you wish to post and Click the 'Save' button to store the job and return to it later, or click 'Proceed' to continue to the summary page.
The summary page allows you to review the jobs waiting for payment, from here select the jobs you wish to pay for and make live then click 'Proceed to Payment'.

Review the selected jobs and click 'Make Payment & Post Ad Live' to purchase the job adverts and make the adverts live.

This will automatically be uploaded onto all three sites ensuring maximum exposure across the superyacht industry.

Editing of jobs is restricted to the first two steps of placing adverts to prevent re-editing of the same advert for different jobs. In this instance we have set up a three steps process to ensure your advert is posted live with minimal-to-no editing requirements.
Step one:
Fill in the details of the job you wish to post, click 'Proceed' to continue to the summary page.
If you want to save your job and complete it later, click on the 'save' button. your job will not be posted live.

The summary page allows you to review the jobs waiting for payment, from here select the jobs you wish to pay for and make live then click 'Proceed to Payment'.

Step two:
The preview page shows you the job advert, as it will be posted live on the site. Use this step to ensure all details are factually correct and any spelling or grammar meets your needs.

If you need to edit a job click on the 'Edit Job' button. if you are happy with your job post, proceed to 'Make Payment & Post Ad Live'.
Step three:
Once posted live however, you will not be able to edit your advert directly yourself. If it does contain a mistake, please contact the office directly:
